Bear Creek General Store & Event Center

Our venue is a spacious room located inside the Bear Creek General Store
and Event Center.

General Store Hours:

• Monday–Friday: 9am–5pm
• Saturday: 9am–6pm

Lunch Service:

Lunch is served daily in the venue from 11am until close. Please note that the venue
is shared by lunch customers and any groups with reservations or rentals.

Venue Rental Options

Option 1 – Lunch Reservations (Free of Charge)

Perfect for lunch groups who would like to sit together in the venue and order
meals from our lunch menu.

Option 2 – Hourly Rentals (During Business Hours)

• Monday–Friday (9am–5pm): $50/hour
  + $100 cleaning fee
• Saturday (9am–2pm): $100/hour
  + $100 cleaning fee
• Saturday (2pm–6pm): $50/hour +
  $100 cleaning fee

Option 3 – Evening Rentals (Private Special Events)

• Monday–Thursday (5pm–11pm): $875
  + $150 cleaning fee
• Friday (5pm–11pm): $1,275 +
  $150 cleaning fee
• Saturday (5pm–11pm): $1,750 +
  $150 cleaning fee
